Noopept 20 MG Pellets – Scientific Product Description

General Information

Noopept (N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester)  is a  peptidergic nootropic compound  with potential cognitive-enhancing and neuroprotective properties. These pellets contain a  standardized dose of 20 mg  and are specifically formulated for  scientific research . noopept 20 mg pellets kopen

Noopept works through  modulation of the glutamate and acetylcholine systems  and has a  higher biological activity  than traditional racetams, at a lower dosage. noopept 20 mg pellets kopen

Applications & Research Areas

Noopept is being studied for its possible effects on:

1. Cognitive Enhancement  – May improve memory, concentration, and learning ability.

2. Neuroprotection  – Studied for potential protection against neurodegeneration (e.g. Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s).

3. Anxiety and Mood Modulation  – May have anxiolytic and antidepressant effects in preclinical models.

4. Synaptic Plasticity  – May stimulate BDNF and NGF production for better neuronal health.

⚠ Not approved for human use – For in vitro and preclinical studies only.

Dosage & Instructions for Use

• Investigational dosage (preclinical):  0.1–10 mg/kg  (depending on the model).

• Pellet solution:  Soluble in  distilled water or a suitable solvent  (e.g. PEG-400).

• Administration:

  • Oral  (animal models)

  • In vitro  (cell cultures, brain slices)

• Frequency:  Single or repeated doses, depending on study design. noopept 20 mg pellets kopen

🚨 Important Safety Notes:

• No human application  – Insufficient safety data for long-term use.

• High doses may cause headaches or overstimulation.

• Avoid combination with strong cholinergic or glutamatergic agents.

Disadvantages & Possible Side Effects

• Headache  (due to excessive cholinergic activity).

• Irritability or insomnia  in susceptible subjects.

• Possible tolerance development  with prolonged use.

• Limited clinical data  on chronic toxicity.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Is Noopept legal in the Netherlands?

Yes, but only for  scientific purposes . It doesn’t fall under the Opium Act, but it’s also not an approved medicine.

2. What is the difference between Noopept and Piracetam?

Noopept is  potentially 1000x stronger  (molar comparison) and has a  broader spectrum of action , including potential neurogenic effects. noopept 20 mg pellets kopen

3. How long does Noopept work?

• Onset:  ~15–30 minutes (oral).

• Peak effect:  1–2 hours.

• Duration:  4–6 hours (with possible long-term effects on neuroplasticity).

4. Can Noopept be combined with other nootropics?

Yes, but caution is advised when combining with:

• Cholinesterase inhibitors  (increased risk of headaches).

• Stimulants  (possible overstimulation).
